Remember that Congressman who accidentally admitted drug laws are used to circumvent search and seizure protections at stops. Cops ALWAYS say they smell alcohol or weed to get into your vehicle.Cops always looking for ANY reasons to arrest you, claiming they smelled weed...they dont do that to white folks...
