I used to go see this dude speak at Nicolas in BK, spoke to him a few times, met his wives (3) and daughters, even bought some of his books. His books are just screenshots of shyt from the net mostly, and he makes money by getting people to join his little club for a few hundred dollars or so. He promises to make you a sovereign citizen and teach you how to buy foreclosed homes and other real estate related shyt. Long story short dude is a con artist of the highest degree.

My due diligence lead me to the answers I sought years ago. No need to contact a person for an explanation regarding their motives once I've already made up my mind on the matter.

What i'm saying is don't patronize his business just because he is of african descent. The same things he is preaching can be found for free, and if he was really for the betterment of his people, especially those who are low income, then why not teach them where to find the free info. Why charge for every single little piece of information before actually helping the person. Another thing, there are a lot of black people in your city who are ready and willing to teach real estate investing for free on that forum, just as Polight is ready and willing to promote his newest product on YouTube. We can agree to disagree.
