What i'm saying is don't patronize his business just because he is of african descent. The same things he is preaching can be found for free, and if he was really for the betterment of his people, especially those who are low income, then why not teach them where to find the free info. Why charge for every single little piece of information before actually helping the person. Another thing, there are a lot of black people in your city who are ready and willing to teach real estate investing for free on that forum, just as Polight is ready and willing to promote his newest product on YouTube. We can agree to disagree.

It's digusting that many black men are so thirsty for a leader that a whole industry has cropped up. Umar, Tariq, Tommy, Polight...list is a mile long of people who started with some BS, began fetishizing our history, and realized they could capitalize on a weak, misguided group subgroup of people.

Why do you c00ns hate to see black people make money from other black people? That's the literal definition of group economics. You c00ns don't give two shyts about what the crackers who you spend 99.9% of your money do with it but you audit the life of any black man that makes his money with other black people tryna police what they do with it. I always watch an interview online of an author speaking; if I feel that what this person has said is based on facts and experience, and I appreciate the work they've done in their industry... Next, I go purchase whichever book they've written on the subject of interest. Fact of the matter is that I read books because all information online is not reliable, the important part of selecting whose book to read on a subject should be determined after due diligence has been done.
