I'm certain Deion told his son at some point this season something along the lines of "Your coach will be gone and you'll still be there. Just stay professional and let your play do the talking"

Gabriel who can throw past a checkdown
and washed nasty man

If the team goes into the next season with the exact same qb room they are retarded.

Offensive side of the ball has gotten worse talent wise every year since he got there with mediocre ol qb and wr options. I'll think he'll get back to his coach of the year status in a better organization who values winning.

Stefanski bet his job on Dillon Gabriel. Wasted the entire preseason and half the season giving reps to guys who are not even on the team anymore (Pickett, huntly, flacco). The QB he tried to bench, give no reps, and not play for the year threw for the most yards and got them the most wins with the least amount of talent and uninjured players around him. Get Stefanski all the way up outta here...

You have to throw out the numbers for all of the QB’s this year. Sanders showed more potential than Gabriel. Otherwise, they would’ve gone back to him. The offensive line was trash. The last 2 games Sanders was playing with mostly backups.

Cleveland has to be least desired spot for a head coach. Just destined to fail from jump.

If you take this job here is what awaits: a disgraced former franchise QB that hasn’t played a full season since 2020 and two mid round rookies that were mediocre at best.

Stefanski is probably elated that he is gone from that dumpster fire

His resume is stacked he’ll find a coordinator job in no time, and not impossible that he finds a HC job in short time either. How he handled this latest year is probably his first wackness

I think he gets one of the openings this year. Maybe the Giants or Falcons. He's won COTY 2x within the past 5 years, some team will give him a chance.
