The GM saved his own job with the draft class he had this year, he didn't even want Gabriel that was a Stefanski move and the GM picked Shedeur who in turned with no reps at all for most of the year look way better then Gabriel who got everything handed to him and still failed to look half way decent.

I understand the play is to downplay accomplishments or awards of individuals to prop up who you're stanning, but people see through that shyt.

Stefanski needed to go because the situation was too toxic so I get why the Browns fired him. But he's proven he could be a good coach so he's gonna get his chance.

Media awards for coaches are much more subjective than they are for players.

Stefanski is a terrible coach. Bet on the wrong horse and thought Dillon was a good QB. He was relieved of his play calling 2x while with the browns. He sucks and he is gone. Get over it.

Stefanski bet his job on Dillon Gabriel. Wasted the entire preseason and half the season giving reps to guys who are not even on the team anymore (Pickett, huntly, flacco). The QB he tried to bench, give no reps, and not play for the year through for the most yards and got them the most wins with the least amount of talent and uninjured players around him. Get Stefanski all the way up outta here...

Straight bungled the season. Who knows where Cleveland would’ve been if he made better decisions earlier. His conference wasn’t good either and you wasted Myles Garrett’s season. I knew he was a dead man walking

You can be a very good coach and in a poor situation. It was probably best for both sides to go their separate ways.
