People like you are so weird. You made up a whole back story bout him doing small films over this then claimed he lived with it in secret for "many years". None of it true. And react by calling me a fakkit when i correct you.. :laff:

Truly RETARDED friend

I'm pretty sure what he said about Bruce knowing and collecting checks as much as he could for his family was what the story was at the time they went public with his diagnosis. If thats not actually true I was fooled as well

Dementia is one of the most scariest and sad things that can happen to a person, if you ever had a family member or someone you know suffer from it then you know how it just sucks the life out of somebody bit by bit. The worst thing is there's nothing you can do, you'll just have to deal with whatever the disease throws at you next.

Happened to my grandma too and she never drinked or smoke, the first major sign was that my grandmother always use to drive to this local market to shop and one day my grandaunt called my parents and told them my grandmother called her from a a payphone to ask for directions to get back home.

There are treatments now. They are intended to stop it in its early stages and these drugs were released just last year so it's sadly too late for Bruce. I think everybody was more excited about the release of Ozempic and wegovi for weight loss, that this news about Alzheimer's medication went under the radar.

I've written on here about it before that the FDA just approved three whole treatments last year. I compare Alzheimer's in 2025 to what heart disease was in the 1990s prior to lipitor and similar drugs being introduced. Just as heart disease isn't the end of the world nowadays, I think within the upcoming decade dementia won't be either.

I have strong suspicions that the recovery of Wendy Williams is due to these three new classes of dementia drugs. I say this because they were approved in the same year her dementia was announced. And her condition has stabilized remarkably, from a peak during the year those drugs were introduced.

Not trying to get in the middle of y'all war of attrition or anything like that, but there were talks about why he was doing so much B/C/D level movies for a hot minute and was barely functioning in most of them. I remember watching a channel that was breaking down like 3 of these movies and he was basically just showing his face, recording dialogue and then a stunt double/stand in would do the 'heavy' lifting, enough so that they could justify having his name on the cover.
It felt like a similar situation to the Chadwick Boseman scenario in which he had something, hid it, did movies without telling anyone and just passed 'suddenly', so it was the uninformed general consensus of alot of people for a minute. Don't think breh was trying to alter history/facts or anything AT the time they made the announcement.

This is great news :wow:

Catching the disease in it's early stages is the key, and your right it's too late for Bruce because he's had for years upon years.

Yeah he wasn't diagnosed then. So the premise that he was doing those movies BECAUSE he knew he was in a deteriorating condition isn't true. The claim that he hid it for many years isn't true.

Now where you to say that people began to notice changes in him before he was diagnosed you might have a point. Still doesn't change the narrative dude tried to push here that he was rushing thru those film's knowing he was about to be tapped out from acting while hiding this shyt from the public. :duck:

This is nothing like Chadwick. Chadwick had visible changes and one of his coworkers thought he was being a diva for getting his therapy on set.

The first time I saw someone with dementia in real life was a few years ago. It was very sad to watch. I was at bday party and the grandma had dementia, she'll walk around saying hi to everybody every 5 minutes acting genuinely surprised to see them every time. Then she'll just stand there with a blank stare and just start running around with a panic attack. It was heartbreaking to watch.

This ain't that important to me to defend/rebuttal lest it turn into an argument of differing opinions and perspectives so I'mma just leave it with a "Aight, you got it." and be done with it.
