Where's @88m3 b!tch self at? He's quiet as ever in this thread. B!tch boy was having a field day with Gary Johnson's Aleppo flap. Meanwhile Hillary was trying to bring back Fat Joe's Lean Back involuntarily.

Aww, did I hurt a little conservative or libertarian's feelings? Time to tuck into your safe space p*ssy.

I was talking to some friends earlier who worked on local campaigns and they brought up a good point that next week will probably decide who wins this election.

It will be the week before the big debate and there is no question that trump has all of the momentum, his problem is he has to flip an important blue state. The reason this point was brought up was if you notice for the entire daily news cycle its been nothing but bad press for Clinton and Trump along with is surrogates have been nailing that deplorable line as they should.

There will be a shytload of polls coming out next week and we'll see if Clinton's deplorable line resonated. IF trump jumps ahead of her or draws dead even in key battlegrounds states then she has been OFFICIALLY branded the new 47% and the debates won't matter because trump's team will spin it as a win and he'll be the frontrunner.

Another plausible scenario is if the polls pretty much stay the same then that means that deplorable message didn't resonate and trump is back to square one looking for another issue. That also means if Hillary has a great debate then that will probably bury trump. I think who ever is having a better week going into debate will probably win.

Personally I didn't give trump much of chance, but Hillary is slipping big time and I'm hearing big time democrats and donors are scared shytless that this new deplorable message will really resonate. The thing is people who are voting for trump hate Hillary with a passion( like the usual posters in this sub forum of the coli that are always bashing her but praising trump) was NEVER gonna vote for her, deplorable comment or not. Same goes for Hillary's supporters.

Trump can't win without the minority vote, BUT if minorities don't show up and vote then trump will win. It's that simple....

I agree.

I think the strategy of Trump courting the black vote is not all about getting them to vote republican.. its more about hoping they would not vote at all. Less minority votes for the Dems is a win for the Republicans.

I really don't think next week matters that much to be honest. And the whole "deplorable" thing is likely to just piss off people who were already voting Trump anyway. Just like I don't think the 47% thing mattered that much...Romney was going to lose regardless just due to demographics.

IMO, any poll taken before the debates should be taken with a grain of salt. When we get the first October polls we'll have a better idea of what's really good.

Meh, the media has a vested interest in trying to make this race look closer than polls indicate.

It's all about the 2012 map. Trump or any other Republican for that matter, would have entered the race at a big disadvantage. Trump completely buried himself in the weeks after the conventions. Good luck climbing out of a hole that has Clinton in double digit leads in states like VA and CO.
