I was talking to some friends earlier who worked on local campaigns and they brought up a good point that next week will probably decide who wins this election.

Your friend isn't that bright. We have 3 debates coming up, after those, whoever is in the lead will probably win, not before.

Hillary is still ahead in the main 3

Election Betting Odds

That's even after the bad week she's had.

The deplorables thing won't last. It's true, maybe not 50% but we all know a good chunk.

She's now rested.

Trump Foundation issues will be in the news now.

Trump will get destroyed in the debates.

Hillary will be next President. Right now, everything points to that happening. He doesn't have the demographics, no clear path to victory in Electoral College.

Obviously you're not that bright because you have bad reading comprehension skills. I ended my post saying trump has to hope people don't show up and vote her, the enthusiasm is not behind her... It's about voter turnout.

The conversation my friends were having about momentum going into the debates were hyperbole 'sorta like your guaranteed statements that she will definitely win...

Obviously, it's you that is having issues with reading comprehension or don't understand quoting. I said YOUR FRIEND, I even quoted what I responded to. I didn't quote your whole post, wasn't even talking about you. Again, it's dumb for anybody to say next week will decide anything when we have debates coming up. I think most are probably decided since the 2 candidates are very different. For those truly undecided, the debates should clear most of that up. The election is less than 3 weeks after the last debate. So whatever you see after the debates will probably hold thru.

In this age of media that we live in, I have a hard time believing there are that many people who are TRULY undecided about this race. Maybe I'm being too cynical but we have never had two more polarizing figures. Post bush, republicans are at a bad disadvantage when running for president because of the demographics of the nation like you mention in a earlier post.

I was talking to some friends earlier who worked on local campaigns and they brought up a good point that next week will probably decide who wins this election.

It will be the week before the big debate and there is no question that trump has all of the momentum, his problem is he has to flip an important blue state. The reason this point was brought up was if you notice for the entire daily news cycle its been nothing but bad press for Clinton and Trump along with is surrogates have been nailing that deplorable line as they should.

There will be a shytload of polls coming out next week and we'll see if Clinton's deplorable line resonated. IF trump jumps ahead of her or draws dead even in key battlegrounds states then she has been OFFICIALLY branded the new 47% and the debates won't matter because trump's team will spin it as a win and he'll be the frontrunner.

Another plausible scenario is if the polls pretty much stay the same then that means that deplorable message didn't resonate and trump is back to square one looking for another issue. That also means if Hillary has a great debate then that will probably bury trump. I think who ever is having a better week going into debate will probably win.

Personally I didn't give trump much of chance, but Hillary is slipping big time and I'm hearing big time democrats and donors are scared shytless that this new deplorable message will really resonate. The thing is people who are voting for trump hate Hillary with a passion( like the usual posters in this sub forum of the coli that are always bashing her but praising trump) was NEVER gonna vote for her, deplorable comment or not. Same goes for Hillary's supporters.

Trump can't win without the minority vote, BUT if minorities don't show up and vote then trump will win. It's that simple....

He has no campaign office in North Carolina. Clinton has 30.

Clinton is going to win. She is running a campaign.

Trump has no ground game and has outsourced things to the RNC. He has no campaign creh

shes also losing in Ohio and Florida, according to CNN poling
I honestly think the debates will be a wash. Both camps will spin it as a "win" for their side unless trump gets up there and says some stupid shyt which is very plausible. I think it will be a rush for voter turnout and I doubt they will debate three times. It seems everyone is saying this debate will be the deal breaker so let's look at the polls post debate.

Chuck todd bought up an interesting point that back in '08 mccain woke up on election day and knew he had no chance, in '12 Romney woke and thought he was gonna win. Hell even Karl Rove was on fox the night before the election saying he would be shocked if obama won.

I know people have been giving clinton hell for fundraising more than campaign speeches but her team is playing chess. After the debate, her team will blitz every battleground state and buy up a lot of adds. Trump has been doing better in the polls, but if you notice he doesn't mentioned them the same way he did in the primaries. They're looking at the electoral map and seeing how difficult it is. Popular vote doesn't mean shyt.

@heart made some great points. The only people still keeping Hillary in the racist are feminists and naive older Black people who got a love affair with Bill Clinton.

I still have no clue why Trump is not bringing up the Clintons and how they fukked up Haiti...he simply has to go all over Florida espeically the cities with big Haitian populations...to into heavy detail about their documented disasters in Haiti and then Black people will have a low turnout in Miami-Dade/Broward County in November and then Trump wins Florida...

For the naive older Black c00ns all he has to do is play this video and remind them that Hillary was clowning them

I'm not worried about who Trump would try to appeal to, I'm worried about who he'd put on Supreme Court. Because once somebody gets thru, they have the job until they retire and there's nothing anybody can do. Plus the GOP is going to keep the house so Trump probably wouldn't have a hard time getting his pick through.

Not trying to deal with a far right Supreme Court for the next 20-30 years just because I'm not big on Hillary. :manny:
This is the most important thing that these people on this site who hate Hillary don't understand.. This takes precedence over any bullshyt that people don't like about Hillary. We need these liberal judges appointed :damn:
