for me…. When I was a kid working at McDonalds. Walking in the office seeing my manager getting his dikk sucked by one of my other coworkers.
Then later on having beef with same manager cuz another manager (who was his real girlfriend) started getting flirtatious with me and I some how I got in the middle of their relationship.
He was dating we her but fukking like 3 girls that worked there. She knew he was cheating but couldn’t dead to rights prove, no one was saying shyt, and she refused to leave him.

She on 2 occasions when was working together and he was off. She had me leave work just to go to his house to to see if he was creeping on her

Married Dept manager from Milan was fukkin some young technical analyst. Dude had bank and prolly paid for her bbl. Rumors come up that another lead tech smashed ol' girl on the low. Italy man finds out and loses his shyt. Lead tech gets suspended and inevitably reassigned.
Senior Director with bank (middle aged sharp spanish guy) tries to be professional but the 2 hottest women in the site keep flirting with him....ALL the time. Director keeps the jokes and company events to a minimum and turns down the advances with the quickness. Of course eventually rumors come out about director claiming he was constantly harassing who? u guessed it the 2 hottest women on site. HR tries to pin bs on him. He changes jobs and goes to the competition as VP on steroids. Guess who got let go later?....u guessed it the 2 hottest women on site.
Tried to switch depts for more relevant experience. Asked current staff what the interview questions were like. All softball questions about teamwork and collaboration. I think oh easy. Interview time comes it's only a few open ended questions about senior year project. Result: got passed on because hiring manager thought I was cocky. Everyone knew manager was full of shyt but didn't want to say it
Indian validation engineer would only "groom" the young cute women for his role. Didn't want any guy to develop skills like him. So the girls would hate each other over time cuz indian dude was low key making them compete
Director comes in from previous company. Brings all her friends and makes them all chief heads of most depts even though their degrees are in basic sciences and experience is a joke on linkedin. meanwhile phd and 20+ yrs experienced staff can barely crack 6 figs. Favoritism is at all time high

Training someone for months only to find out they're been promoted to be your superior....then them continuing to lean on you after the fact. ---------This happened to my mom for 4x before they made her the director (the other ppl left)
Ppl emailing you problems on the weekend...then get impatient when I dont respond to an email thats buried in my box, 50+ messages deep the next work morning.
Or waiting to the EOD to solve market hours sensitive problems when you know our support team went home 2 hours before.

Cleaning crew started gossiping with some of the call center reps on the morning shift. Morning shift told evening shift. Whole office knew by the following day. Cleaning crew was saying their goodbyes to the reps they were cool with by Thursday. Whole new cleaning crew came in the following week.

Cac that I got hired with getting promoted in 4 months meanwhile my boy who had been there 4 years before us wasn’t. It would’ve been okay if my boy was a trash employee but they came to him for help on everything yet they had excuses everytime he inquired about more senior positions.
