That's a nice idea, but from everything I've seen, folks need charismatic people to rally around. You need to galvanize the fingers to make the fist first. Either that or a sudden cataclysmic event, but 1) why wait for that 2) you probably still need that rallying figure(s) to keep spirits high and to be a single target that absorbs and responds to criticism more directly as well as making things concise & clear for the general public as far as waging any kind of campaign goes.
That will last 5-10 years max. We can have some leaders, but we don't really just need our typical top 2 that everyone follows. With everyone moving as 1 it's more sustainable. How easy is it to end a group when u kill the main person everyone follows -- we know the answer better than most groups. Also, leaders are human and make mistakes. movements are fukked up sometimes because of natural mistakes that leaders make.

there is a war against us and we should think of it as such.

Multiple fronts. Multiple agendas, fighting for the same end goal. kinda like the US Joint Chiefs of Staff but without a president.

So certain revelations have come up recently that made me contemplate taking a more "activist" approach in regards to the current state of the black race in America.

I thought about it heavily... a new civil rights stye renaissance is needed to fight the biggest enemy afflicting the youth especially... themselves.

The self image of young black seems to be scarily negative.

What tools, characteristics and personality type would new generation black leaders need to possess in order to get the ball rolling towards discipline and self respect?
for a black leader there [first] needs an organization. just because you start an organization doesn't mean you have to head it. you're better off just being a silent member than being the main member. you have the vision and let someone else execute it. along the way leaders of the organization will change for the best suited leader of the time.
but because it's a black group/organization it's gonna face obstacles. internal and external. since the black community is poor or poorer by default there are black people whose come up will be to bring it down. this could be anything like theft etc.. bottomline is poverty brings out the worst of people. gonna face haters and snitches beyond what you'd think of. it's sad trying to help people who cannot be helped. the black community is kept poor (and stupid) by design.
it's not news that the nation of islam has snitches so farrakhan cannot even trust his closest people. people do all crazy type of sh1t when they're cornered by the system.

you got a snitch ass nicca like him ^^ who went as far as burning builds down. like he said that sh1t happens to this day on a much larger scale.

then you have your successful black people who do not want to jeopardize their situations by "joining anything political". of course once their situations get fucced up being their black they'll be running to you lol. by that time you're pissed at them for not being there when you needed them most.

mlk faced the same thing when they try portray him as a cheater and chit. the establisment will go out of their way to bring leaders image down but we must not fall for these tactics. i could give a fucc of the little sh1t and need to stay focused of the end goal. what real nicca doesn't deserve some side puzzy? :yeshrug:

i remember on sohh when it was malcolm's anniversary or some sh1t a poster made a thread about how he was a fakkit. these are the ppl who spend time making threads. i wondered what type of hiphop fan would create a thread trying to portray malcolm gay. and so what if he was gay? sure i dont like fakkits and the black community frowns taht movement. but you gotta see through these agents who post all these nonsense online.

i've studied sohh since 2003 and this site after sohh went down and there's no other way of explaining some posters existence other than them being agents to bring confusion to these sites.
infact i was very surprised sohh came back after the first attack just before the 08 elections.

Who said a top 2 or just one? A lot of this assumes everyone will just hop right on board with whatever. I think about the apathetics, the teens, the older crowd, the skeptics & those that could care less. How do you galvanize as many as possible, and get the strategy & theme out as clear and concise as possible? Your argument isn't necessarily mutually exclusive from what I'm saying; I just don't believe the amorphous strategy is as nice as some think and I think you may be better suited with charismatic faces of whatever campaign you're interested in waging to get folks interested, excited and to stop the murkiness in message and defense we saw with Occupy. It's much easier to get a large group of people move as one when there's clear & well packaged points to follow.

I don't disagree about the points u made.........

but did u invest in sohh or something? It did have a different feel, but I never thought that it was ever brought down cuz of some deep reason besides servers n shyt.

About the side p*ssy, I agree.... it's about the message, not the messenger. However, I have friends making moves, friends in business... some trying for politics n shyt........... if they ever said, "i don't wanna fukk w u, unless it was on the low" I would completely understand. There would be no bad feelings at all. Your associates are important.. and your associates associates are important, and so are your actions. Malcolm x was living reckless before they opened his eyes --- It's not fair, but its a good thing he stayed faithful, honest, upright, etc.

Someone like me..... shyt, who knows what i might do, who knows what bish or stripper or dope nikka might come out the woodwork after I've built a successful business and started a powerful movement - and dirty my good name. So some nikkas just need to build up the people around them - and that's what my current focus in life is.

Our youth have already been trained to be used as the weapon against our future leaders. Quick media , facebook, internet rumors, bad mainstream news.... and short attention spans,,, would make another Malcolm X looked at as a clown ass nikka who is always talkin that bullshyt.

i fuqq wif immortal technique.

the problem with music is that music cannot be used as a platform. zionists have taken over rap music and use it to dumb people as they rip profits off it. they have successfully changed the culture of music from political to ignorance.
only ignorant rappers are successful. immortal technique is pushed to the underground.

Majority if the posts say " we dont need a leader"
& then say "our children need a father".

Blacks need a leader like children need a father.

We need workers, not leaders. Such workers will solve the problems which race leaders talk about.
