it's true though. Whether we have a leader or not, it shouldn't be strategically created. Real leaders are organically grown.... have u read the bio and life of any of our best leaders?i seen this dumb ass quote the first time,

So certain revelations have come up recently that made me contemplate taking a more "activist" approach in regards to the current state of the black race in America.
I thought about it heavily... a new civil rights stye renaissance is needed to fight the biggest enemy afflicting the youth especially... themselves.
The self image of young black seems to be scarily negative.
What tools, characteristics and personality type would new generation black leaders need to possess in order to get the ball rolling towards discipline and self respect?
