How do you brehs come up with a niche?

Example, people say focus on something you're passionate about. I'm passionate about music but I can't make custom band/artists tee's without possibly being sued, I'd imagine.

Not when it comes to selling. What you’re passionate about might not be worth ish. I’m passionate about my business but not my niche, But the niche is doing 30k+ a month and growing now so

dropshipping saves so much on shipping cost, couldn't imagine doing it another way

Nah it depends.

I can beat the price, production time, and shipping time compared to what I was getting with dropshipping. My shipping costs are slightly higher but my product costs are way lower (making it myself) so the overall price is cheaper.

Me with dropshipping: 2-7 day production time, then standard shipping which could take another week.
Me without dropshipping: 3-5 day production time, USPS Priority shipping which takes 2-3 days.

I started out 100% dropshipping and now make / buy in bulk, most of my products. The biggest loss is that it takes more time.

Are you guys Dropshipping or actually holding merch?

I dropship international orders and a couple of products I don't want to self fulfill. I used to dropship everything, once I got steady demand I took the money I made dropshipping and used it to buy equipment. Now I make or bulk order stuff.

I didn’t just want to shyt on it completely but I much rather have all my shyt ready to go at a moments notice vs having to depend on someone else shipping for me. Especially with all the holidays and vacations that mofos be taking.

I agree, I used to have to turn away some people who'd message me like "Can I get this by Friday?" now I can get Amazon Prime speed on order if I want.

Dropshipping does have it's uses though. Right now I am trying to get someone to do print on demand custom gift wrap paper for me. I can't make it and don't want to deal with shipping, so dropshipping it is.

Masks are good to do yourself, the blank ones are not expensive and it is not hard to sublimate a face mask. Lightweight, won't damage, and easy to toss into a little mailer with cheap USPS 1st class shipping.
You'd need to invest in the printer and press, but you'd make that money back eventually with the money you save from paying someone to do it for you.

I tried this a few years ago. Didn't sell shyt. It wasn't really something I was passionate about so I gave up fairly quickly. Learned a lot about Facebook ads and analytics though

Have a guy from there doing my pinterest SEO/postings and his work is FIRE!

Have a lady doing IG management and she’s been ehhhh so far. She got another month to impress me or she out
