How do u have energy for work n gym?
Yikes....I was 6'6 182 outta HSI'm actually 5'11".
My goal is to get shredded like Brad Pitt in fight club. Sub 10% body fat is my goal. I'm not interested in being swole. More mass is actually bad for longevity. I want to live a long healthy lifestyle and to do that you gotta be as lean as possible.
I'm pretty much always in full blown ketosis. This means that my body is using stored body fat for fuel. I can pretty much do anything the average person eating 3 times a day can do. The human body works just as fine running on ketones as it does running on glucose (which is the molecule our body transforms the food we eat into).
I know what I'm saying might sound unbelievable but its true. During these 3 day fasts I am NEVER hungry and I am ALWAYS full of energy. Its absolutely remarkable. Why do I think I'm advocating so much for it?
If we had to evolve in order to be able to last for 3 days without eating then we weren’t originally designed to do that.
In fact we are more like the original man now than ever![]()
The point is that you are expending energy on a daily basis.The wonders of working for oneself. I feel bad for you 9 to 5 folks that gotta work on someone else's schedule.

No surprising you is building muscle while fasting. Also the biggest and leanest I got was eating one meal a day. The only reason I even eat twice a day or three sometime is for socialization and I eat when I bored and want to be entertained.
One of the bliss of life is working out fasted or drinking an espresso in the morning before pumping iron.
Look at all these replies and believers of modern science. This is the arrogance of man. In the nutritional world, physiological world and medical world, we know SO little about the human body. Anyone who tells you they KNOW or regurgitate what they heard has no clue.
You go to these so called doctors or PHD holders in nutrition and ask them what causes heart disease, the biggest killer in America, you will get a WIDE range of answers or they tell you they have no clue.
The point is that you are expending energy on a daily basis.

You’re dehydrated if you’re not shyttingWonderful things happen when you live a fasting focused lifestyle. Fasting for 72+ hours boosts growth hormone and stem cell production massively. That could be whats helping me make these remarkable gains.
Its crazy how much more efficient my body is now. What I say next might be a bit graphic but bear with me cause it illustrates my point. One major change I've noticed lately since I started fasting is that I don't shyt anymore. Even after I eat my huge meals on the refeed days I don't have to use the restroom for several days. Its like my body has realized I only feed it every 72 hours so its no longer just discarding food after I eat. Its holding onto the food for as long as it can and taking every single nutrient out. I only lay 1 or 2 small turds in the toilet now once a week. Its freaking weird cause I use to shyt once a day in the past and they were huge loads.

LOL. Why would I lie about this? You guys are getting so mad about this its making me laugh now. You have been conditioned to think one way your entire life now that someone tells you there is another way to live you call him a liar.
Here is the scientific basis for how I can only eat once every 3 days and yet maintain enough energy to do whatever the average person who eats 3 times a day can do. Its very simple. My body goes into a state called KETOSIS. Ketosis is a state where the body shifts from using glucose (which comes from food) as its main fuel source and instead starts running on ketones (which are produced by the body when it starts using stored body fat for energy). The brain runs just as effectively (if not more) on ketones as it does on glucose. Same with the rest of the body. So you see my friend. I am not going around drained of energy for 3 days at a time. I have just as much energy as you or anyone else you who eats everyday. I just get my energy from ketones rather than glucose.

The human body has around 60 days of bodily fat stored as reserve energy which is constantly replenished. So eating once a day or sometimes once every three days is meaningless and no direct threat to the human health, if anything it is the healthiest thing you can do.
When you fast, your digestive tract takes a break, body breaks down bodily fat, takes it to the liver and converts it to ketones which the body uses for energy, it’s the purest state of man.
