Yep, anybody that is hugely rich with spare money holla, you never know who's on here.
If you love Hip Hop and are In that situation holla. Big time investors could make a difference.
We will still work from the ground up together but obviously that would be helpful too. Btut we can't rely on that possibility, we have to rely on ourselves and what we DO have.
The point about shows again makes sense.
Again let me break something down. If some people came together you could do some shows together and split the proceeds, you hire a small venue, charge people let's say $10 entry, if you get 100 people (very doable) that's a G. The more kind of shyt you do the more you will get MORE people and more fans and make it a community thing. Let's break it down a bit more, some small places you can do deals with where they will let you use the shyt for free because you are bringing more customers into their establishment, some will charge a minimal fee , let's for instance say $100-$250 so... let's say $200. If your making a profit of $800 to start, cause obviously in this case you give your money back to whoever hired to venue or contributed to it first, then you have $800 profit which can be distributed in a manner agreed prior. I've organized shows before and had a G plus in my hand, after costs. And again you can also be part of collective shows, there's limitless potential. Just make sure security is decent, or the venue has it themselves is even better.

The actual answer is everywhere, as travel but I'm in London right now. I have people and connects worldwide, nearly every state in U.S, England, France, Holland, Australia, Canada, India, Jamaica, Nigeria etc.

i know alot folks who have started with little to absolutely no funding, and still got their grind on.. you just gotta want it.. sometimes the road isnt what you expect, but thats all a part of the grind & hustle..
I've been heavy on my producer grind and working on a t shirt company right now as well.
Just competed in an international beat battle and won and it was a great chance to network and get some connects in the industry.

i dont think alot of these folks know how this sh!t works.. cant really blame cats, but its that people tend to get really caught up in the idea of how they think things work..
its not hard to get on most blogs.. look how many there are, and look at whos on em..
its about connecting with the right folks.. one of my homies moved to Cali from OK around '06, and was doing the kickstarter thing for years.. a girl i used to fukk with whos parents had alot of dough, would fund dude because they ppractically grew up together.. dude dropped numerous projects, i got him in a few publications, had his music in skate videos, etc.. wasnt until he was out there really hustling himself.. and, connected with Green Lantern on some, "yo.. listen to my sh!t".. wasnt too many folks he didnt give his music to, actually.. Green called him back.. next thing you know, he's in Cudi's video.. touring with dude, and all that good sh!t.. it took dude literally, YEARS of grinding.. networking.. and, just wanting it.. i seen dude go from homeless, to doing the damn thing.. as i said, you just gotta want it..

The thread is stickied in the Tunnel ( you know the music forum hardly anybody visits or listens to each other)
trust me, fam.. im one of the few here that think the music should have its own separate forum.. alot of good music goes unheard on here.. its a damn shame..
