I think any outcome we will have some satisfaction with tbh... like you should if it works out

If it doesn't then we don't have long term commitments and the rebuild can start

Either way, team got a whole lot more interesting last night

I just think some of us wanted to start the rebuilding process earlier especially with how loaded this draft is.Not trading Jimmy they made it clear tanking wasn't an option so. If it doesn't work good luck getting any big time free agents to sign here

only player i wish was part of this mix is rose tbh

gasol and noah was some of the major hindrance to us getting past cleveland. noah was getting heavily outrebounded and out hustled. he also was losing a step on defending on the perimeter. before you could switch noah on a guard and noah could defend it well, but they were getting switches with noah on some guards and he was getting cooked, and pau inability to defend the pick and roll played a huge role in our down fall. memo got out on that and it was curtains for us. every night we got killed by it. we needed change in the front court, dont know if lopez is the answer, but i also think we dont see him as a long term answer anyway.

Just can't get excited for the bulls this year.

I really wanted to see Jimmy and our other young guys get some great touches, maybe take a step forward.

I can understand the optimism though, these are great low risk, high reward signings. Just wish garpax would pick a fukkin direction and run with it. Are we contending or not?

wade is not who i am worried about. him and jimmy will be fine. jimmy will do the heavy lifting on both sides of the floor, wade will give us 20 ppg and some big games downs the stretch.

i also think the addition of wade will encourage these role players to really step up. i see better seasons from niko, doug, jerian, taj, lopez, and portis

my question marks come in with hoiberg. can he lead vets and can he implement something that benefits the roster he has. if he tries that weak ass bs he tried early last year we are in big trouble. we dont have the pieces to be golden state, so we shouldnt even try. find something beneficial to what we have.

and the other question is rondo. i really believe the wade thing caught them off guard and if not for that we likely dont even pursue rondo. but he here, and we need him to make our fast breaks lethal.

im not hell bent on having this great 3pt shooting team. im hell bent on having a good regular season record, 50-55 wins, top 4 in the east and a great playoff showing. i think we can have all of that.

then go into next season as real players in getting westbrook/cp3 and blake. actually wouldnt mind kyle lowry either.

good thing is, we not stuck with rondo, and have options to replace him next season.

Bulls are set to make some power moves in the next couple of years. Acquiring Wade gave Chicago so much leverage. I'm so jealous.
