When asked by the investigators what was the last thing they heard from him, they replied "He said he was going to blow off some steam"

The investigators then turned to each other and ever so slightly squinted their eyes.

Bumble Bee Foods executives have identified the worker as Jose Melena, 62. He'd worked there for six years. The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health is investigating the death.

I'm not super surprised.
These companies have to cook large amounts of food so that requires large cooking containers. I would semi-scared of falling into a huge vessel at Heinz and drowning to death in delicious brown gravy.
