I think it's incredibly unlikely it would happen, but double jeopardy isn't like the 1999 Ashely Judd movie, you can be retried, as long as their is new evidence, the judge finds compelling enough. It's kinda shocking some of you think an acquittal is a free pass. I would think it's more likely, if anything comes of this, it's to deny him parole when he is up for it next year. I am uncertain of the legality of that, but think its def. a possibility.
