But Trump is a whole clown. I believe Bush is a war criminal, yet he still handled the situation better than Trump would have under the same circumstances.

The most I can say is that there is no President Trump without Dubya's malicious incompetence setting the tone.

I was just having this conversation.

Bush and his administration (Cheney, Rumsfeld, et al) were career politicians who knew exactly how to maneuver, pull strings on some emperor palpatine shyt, and do irrepreable damage on a large scale. No Child Left Behind led to shutting down of inner city schools, the tax cuts and anti-regulatory general fukkery led to the goddamn great recession, set off the invasion of the middle-east on a large scale that we're still paying for. Etc.

Trump was a fukking idiot who could barely tie his shoes. Random judges in Hawaii were shutting down his administrations policies, because he pulled those yes men mf'ers off the street.

Bush was a far worse president. However, Trump supporters are worse than Bush supporters. Bush supporters were/are dogshyt people, but they weren't shooting up pizza places because of some dumb shyt they read Qanon say on twitter.
