A few things are happening here.

1. That's not OUR deal. That's what Houston asked for. There is zero indication that we offered any of that, nor would take that deal

2. The tweet said Rockets wanted a cornerstone and picks... Or two regular players and picks...

3. In the end they got an allstar/cornerstone in Dipo... They also got two regular players... They also got 4 firsts... They also got another 4 firsts that they get the highest pick





I'm not sure what the argument is... Nets gave them everything they wanted and more... We don't even know what the Sixers offered, but I'm sure Simmons was NOT on the table.. And I'm for damn sure, we weren't going to give up 8 damn picks or even 4

Yea maybe I went over the line. I'm sure everyone's name came up. And with the rumors, Simmons was probably the focus. But at the end of the day, I don't think the Sixers wanted to let him go, even if it was him and the picks. And they definitely wouldn't consider that bullshyt with the other players included.

Or maybe that's just me. Because I surely wouldn't do it. He's too damn young, we got him locked, and you'll never get another player like him back in a trade.

This Embid is who i've been waiting to see for a minute now. I only hope he keeps it up for at least 70 games. Cause if so and Philly wins 50 games he's going to be the first center to win the MVP since Shaq. He's been that good so far in the few games i have seen the Sixers play this season.
