Nah I don't think Lowry will be that expensive which is what makes him a nice option. You can add him to Simmons/Embiid. He's turning 35 on an expiring for a disappointing Raptors squad that needs to enter a rebuild he shouldn't cost too much

That Tobi/Simmons/Jojo triple PnR read option play that they ran several times in the clutch is clearly a Doc Rivers special and it worked really well to create quality looks.
