Bust Simmons - Sixers 2022 Season Thread

I hate how these national announcers say shyt like "Man I just feel like this Sixers team is different this year" or "Embiid just seems like a different player"
But they never point out the most obvious difference between this year's Sixers and the rest of Joel's career
Frankly it's starting to look a little bit
Like who would have thought if you start drawing up plays and running schemes to allow for your generational talent center to get better post match ups that he would perform better
If you build offensive sets that simplify the reads for passing out of double teams his turnover numbers go down and efficiency goes up
What's the big difference between the Sixers this year and the rest of Joel's career?
I mean having Seth and DG is great but we had Jimmy Butler at one point.
The bench developing is good but back when Simmons was on his rookie deal we had a deep bench full of shooters.
I'm a huge Thybulle fan but is he the big difference? Nah let's be honest.
Its for the first time in his career Embiid has a coach who understands the game of basketball. And he's not getting basically any credit for it.

When Hill comes in we need to move Seth to the bench.

I haven't watched Hill for a few years but if he's still a high quality defender then I'd be happy with this change.
Having a good point guard to pass to Simmons would be hype
Simmons can't run PG come playoffs Brooklyn showed what to do. I would have Hill run the Point Simmons a Point Forward. He has to shoot.

Come playoffs we need someone to handle the rock besides Simmons because all teams going to do is crowd Embiid. Hill will help with that. Doc need to offset Simmons and Embiid on the bench occasionally. Embiid with shooters in the 4th would be so deadly.

He is having knee pains I hope it is not serious. I think Doc need to rest these guys.
If injuries rob us of a classic series man
I forgot TLC played us for like 2 years. Embiid would destroyed Durant. They have no answer for Embiid
Him being subbed in for Hill in the 4th effectively cost us this game
He was getting cooked defensively and the Suns went up 9 points in that 2 min stretch.
