Ard since yall aint fukk with my last trade idea I got a new one
Sixers get: Mike Conley
Utah gets: Jrue Holiday, Al Horford, TJ Leaf
Indiana gets: Rudy Gobert
New Orleans gets: Myles Turner
We flip Horford for Conley and get an expiring contract instead of Al's longterm deal making Conley possibly moveable at the deadline, Conley is an above average shooter throughout his career who loves to run PnR - something we need. He can run full-time PG with Ben on the bench, and share duties with Ben on the floor which would help a lot when things slow down in the half-court. He didn't have a great year in Utah, but I think a lot of that could be due to fit. It's a net-upgrade from Horford - even if it's not a dream deal, it's a positive one and I think a realistic return.
Utah gets better ultimately, Horford is still a good center and do a variety of things for the Jazz. If you have to move Gobert, getting Horford is a nice swap. Then they make a huge upgrade from Conley to Holiday making a scary Holiday/Mitchell backcorut. TJ Leaf doesn't play at all for Indiana, he's thrown in to make salaries work. Could also be TJ McConnell if you think he's easier for Indi to trade. Utah also no longer has to worry about paying Gobert a supermax he doesn't deserve.
Indiana upgrades at the 5 from Myles Turner to Rudy Gobert. Gobert doesn't shoot the 3 like Turner, but he's a better defender and twice the rebounder. Really makes them a scary team in the East.
New Orleans gets the perfect fit for their roster in Turner, a 24 y/o Center on a good contract who is a low usg% great rim protector and can shoot the 3 allowing for a 5-out offense next to Zion. Few guys in the league can do this for them. New Orleans would have their PG, SF, PF, and C for the next decade, while also opening up more cap space. Holiday isn't a perfect fit on the roster, and he doesn't fit the timeline.
