Love this...I may renew my NBA ticket next year because of this move...I think Doc will chisel this team down to what it's suppose to look like...I wanted BB gone 3 years ago for almost anyone...this is a much better replacement than I would have expected

Do we think he moves Ben back to the point? For all the stuff last season I didn’t have a problem with Ben at point. You just have to surround him and Jo with guys who can shoot like 17-18 team had.

Yeah I don't have a problem with Ben at the point, I think it's about player personnel, but I do think they'll look to have someone who can handle the ball next to him. I don't know how his relationship with CP3 ended, I assume that will impact if we decide to pursue him or not.

If things didn't end well, I assume Buddy Hield will be the top target, and he certainly isn't a ball handler.

It may be Shake and Ben again as the ball handlers which isn't so terrible if you have a shooter like Buddy and he's more capable of getting production out of Tobias like he did in the past.

Shake/Buddy/Simmons/Tobias/Embiid is pretty solid in perimeter shooting, hopefully Ben starts occasionally shooting like he did at the end of the season

Ehh I like J Rich but I'm not in love with his fit on the team, he's most likely gonna be a cap casualty as the result of of our terrible financial situation, plus he's one of the only moveable contracts on the team

I just feel like he totally ducked criticism for so much of the season somehow when he was a worse shooter than Horford, doesn't score much, doesn't rebound, doesn't get assists, loves midrange jumpers, etc. dude was just so ass all year. Maybe Doc can use him well because he wasn't bad in Miami

What do y’all think about this trade:

Buddy Hield goes to Philly for Al Horford, Zhaire Smith, and picks (only seconds)

Buddy has 4 years on his contract, one less than Al. The trade could work straight up as well.

Sac is the only team I can see Horford go to without Philly throwing a haul
