Not sure about being better than Butler. Yes he can go on a streak and drop 20+ for 10 games straight. But he eventually comes bank down to earth.
Unlike Jimmy he doesnt require the ball in his hands a lot to be effective. He'll make mistakes at times but he's resilient. Good defender but can be overpowered by bigger stronger guards sometimes but not many of those left in the league anyway.
He'll flourish in Philly because he's a slasher and doesn't require the ball in his hands all the time and you have Embiid will facilitate that.
