The craziest shyt is that Morey recognized that this nikka had to go from the jump. His literal first big move was gonna be dishing this nikka. He tried at least 3 different times.

My personal beliefs:
1. Ben just played his last game, regardless of what they give for him. there are nikkas coming out of college rn that are better players than him. A high 1st is valuable here
2. They push for Rick Carlisle
3. At least 5 different nikkas from the rotation ain't here next season

Even though OKC would be an optimal place for him, I don't think a team in the top 5 trades 4 years of a rookie salary for Ben when they're in no condition to compete yet.

I don't think they give SGA a year of being a secondary facilitator to learn from CP3, then go back to making him a secondary facilitator to Ben

Unless they really believe in their coaching and think they can mold Ben into being an off ball wizard that does the Draymond type things (which he could). I think if they took that contract, they'd do so thinking that he'd work out well while Kemba would just be (hopefully) rehabilitated to where he could be flipped next offseason.

Somehow I miss the 10-72 teams, with no expectations, such a fun team with big aspirations:wow:

We're still the laughing stock of the league as a number 1 seed:mjlol:

Hello Darkness my dear old friend

Is Ben Simmons a Natural Righty Who Shoots With His Left?

Man, with how fukked some of those stories are about Ben's family, and I really don't mean to use this to excuse his stubbornness or try to shed tears, but I PERSONALLY think his dad might've really fukked breh's psyche up with how much he tried to drill into this man he should be ambidextrous

Innately, when he isn't thinking, he uses his right hand for every other physical activity. It's like he's trying to battle himself every moments he goes in a basketball game and forces the left.

I hate Joel gotta finally be that Luka, LeBron, Dame etc type that uses their weight to make rules, but I have never heard of any move being made in this organization that asked for his inclusion or say-so. Dude almost stole the ROTY in 1/3rd of the games everyone else played, has been the best center in basketball for 3 straight seasons, and nikkas ain't even ask him for his opinion on moves. I hope he comes up to Morey tonight and throws his demands on the table or says he's out

all the great ones do.

If they win the lottery, SGA is a secondary facilitator to Cade, and whether he translates as a PG to the NBA is TBD.

What I'm saying is that OKC is kinda turning into basketball rehab for guys since all they work on is player development, and since nobody thinks they'll ever cash out for a superstar or use all those picks, might as well use it on Ben Simmons. It's a no lose situation. If he doesn't fix his issues, Presti got a war chest of assets to replace him. He doesn't hurt their cap, but if he fixes him, Simmons will be in OKC for life all while pissing off the rest of the league.

Just like with the Dallas Cowboys, my fukks given about this team are really on the verge of withering away slowly

I won't totally abandon the team and the NFL like I did with Dallas but I'm just gonna be taking a step back with how much time I invest in following them

Been watching us lose for 20 years when I was 8 years old (28 years old now) and it just takes a toll on a nikka at a point
