Didn’t know there were 4 extra tracks. “Calm Down” is tough, but I set through the entire Em verse like “:unimpressed:” dude can only do soulless lyrical feats now. He used to be so dope and now he’s the a run of the mill speedy white rapper.

Busta somewhat doing “Migos/Meek flow” on “Blowing The Speakers” :patrice:

Bus would’ve been a perfect musical guest for SNL this weekend with Chappelle

# 2 album in the country, was on chappelles show multiple times and Dave did a woo hah parody back in the day

Bus was musical guest exactly 22 bars ago for the original ELE

Musical guest last time Dave hosted (2016) was ATCQ and Busta

Instead they book the Foo Fighters who ain’t had a hit in years :unimpressed:

This albums dope af :mjcry::wow:
album of the year might’ve replaced Conway out the number one spot. One of the reasons being it has more then ten tracks. Only songs I don’t mess with are the singles and the Mariah Carey track. Also the wrath of god track should’ve had the skit seperate it takes too long for it to start. overall 4/5.

Time for rappers to stop paying Chris Rock to kiss they ass on the album. None of it is funny.

Best I Can is crazy ... Wish the track was a little longer but that can be said for a few tracks lol

i need that primo shyt to be 10 mins

wasnt a fan of any of the bonus tracks and i dnt fck wit eminem but it was the best out the 4 imo

either way album was strong enough didnt need em. i re-sequenced the album and will list it below

Just copped the cd and vinyl, hope Busta moves some units with this one. He put his all into this album and he deserves the success.

definitely seems like hes doing well in sales and this album was a surprise as far as release

Cut this down to about 14 tracks and it's the best album of 2020. Easily! :whoo:

shyt surprised the fukk outta me.

agreed. i re-sequenced the album below

the reason i re-sequenced the album is because i felt the "poison" song ruined the flow of the beginning of the album

it seems the album is one part "deep introspective" and one part "vintage lyrical upbeat busta"

i took the "deep" songs at the middle and end and added them to the beginning so the intro means so much more

songs like deep thought, master fard and freedom thematically belong with songs like the intro, purge and ele 2

i went from the deep busta and gradually led into the vintage busta ending with the song "Dont Go"

intro
purge
czar
satanic
ele 2 wrath
freedom
master fard
deep thought
young god speaks
look over your shoulder
you will never find another
true indeed
strap yourself down
boomp
slow flow

calm down
im talking to you *
watch how you move *
in the streets *
best i can
home *
dont go

the songs with asteriks i added because busta said ele 2 was recorded between 2010 and now

i found these songs to be on par with the quality of songs busta chose and quite possibly were recorded for the album

im talking to you - song sampling the 80s tear for fears song. busta goes in depth on how he talks to his fans and puts on for the culture over a queen stadium type drum.

watch how you move - song sounds like a big bang throaway which is a huge complimemt.

busta does 2 mins over a steel drum type guitar hybrid. raekwon takes the last minute and the beat switches to a more agressive cuban linx 2 type bbeat

in the streets - collabo with mf doom. title reflects the topic. doom and busta trade verses about the pitfalls over a synth beat over some tight ass drums. type of song that could make you an mf doom fan.

home - collabo with leaders of the new school. song is BANANAS. beat is one of those that makes you wana getup and start moving.
