You don't get fat from partying and drinking liquor (beer maybe)...you get fat from eating junk food.

He needs a gym membership and a diet plan

:comeon:Taking in more calories than you can burn makes you fat. Empty calories specifically. Do you have any idea how much empty calories are in a bottle of rose champagne? At least 1000. One beer? 200. And you already know a long night of drinking is usually completed with a greasy meal.

It all comes down to diet....Bust will drop serious weight if he goes on a diet.

A beer or liquor once in a while won't make any difference. He can burn it off in the gym if need be

Busta should have never started lifting weights if he wasnt going to do cardio as well because all that partying, eating late at night, and drinking, does not go well with just lifting weights. I notice a lot of people get fat easily once they sart lifting weights and live the same lifestyle while people who do medium cardio or light resistance training end up looking younger the older they get. Im talking about the face not the body. Pause.

I think you got it backwards, exercise is almost more important than diet. Think about what you wrote. "Once you reach 40+, your metabolism slows down". If your metabolism is slow you can eat all the "right" foods and still not see the results you want. Unless you play the low carb tricm to lose glycogen so you can say you technically lost weight but it is water not fat. You need to speed up your metabolism to be able to make use of the food and exercise is perfect for this to happen. The thing is if you just lift weights, your metabolism wont be as high as someone who does medium cardio, and lift weights daily.

Alcohol honestly is the worst thing.....like if Busta just cut out the alcohol his stomach wouldn't look like that.

Exercise and diet is one thing but drinking all the time will give you a gut, that's just what it is.......I see plenty of people who are skinny (i.e. my pops) but he drinks so he has that belly.

No he is correct especially in terms of maintaining weight.

For the general population you cant out exercise poor nutrition. Especially as you get older.

Resistance training is also fine without cardio. Both of course can be more effective but you could do little to no cardio and be fine physically.

Ok buddy!.

Fact remains, metabolism play a,significant part of your weight and health and exercise help benefit it. Again, think about what metabolism is and you can see why its so important to maintain with movement and good stress on the body. If all we had to do was eat "healthy" food, people would be looking good all over the place, especially in the u.s.a. because food here is rarely void of proper nutrients.
