Why take a heavily contested 2 that'd tie the game when you have a wide open teammate who can shoot a 3 that'd win the game outright? That's how I want my team to operate. Always get the best available shot. It's how Derek Fisher and Robert Horry became such legendary role players. Steve Kerr and John Paxson made the shots that clinched the Bulls 3rd and 5th title.
