Still fukkin with a coach that got you to the 2nd round and then a 1st round exit the next season, but hating on a coach that won a title in his 1st season, has went to back to back WCF, and coached a team that had the greatest regular season record of all time....makes sense

People fail to realize how long it takes for a coach's DNA/fingerprints to get through to a team. Why do you think guys like Jon Gruden, etc can walk into a situation, win a ring and then the next year look completely average?
