It's goddamnned true. If LeBron finishes his career 6/9 you got phaggots on here who'll be saying he's no Jordan because Jordan went 6 for 6. When in reality, that means Bron made it all the way to the big stage 9 times in his career while Jordan only got there 6, and otherwise, as just about anyone knows, was spending most of his time losing in the first and second round.

It's also worth noting that Kobe, Duncan, Kareem, Hakeem, virtually every other great--all those cats LOST in the Finals but the ONLY dude who ever seems to get his losses slammed in his face is Bron. shyt Magic Johnson lost like FOUR times.

Oh okay, I didn't know where you were coming from, this thoroughly explains your stance, lol!

Agreed and this is part of what I was saying. The other part was the "getting to the finals" vs. "winning the finals", is that narrative changing to favor Lebron's losing record in the finals? Are the media and Bron stans changing their tunes to fit the greatest player of today, because he led the half-assed Cavs to the finals, again? @OG_StankBrefs @god shamgod Give me Yall unbiased take on this.

That's like being the cool dad in your culdesac. Or being the man in cell block D. To be a legend in Cleveland don't you just need to stay employed? :dwillhuh:

I'd imagine one ring with the Cavs will mean more in the long run than his two with Miami. The pressure is really to just win a championship for the hometown. If he does that he'll be good forever there. Whereas winning one ring might be a disappointment in another city (like Boston), Cleveland would worship him for one ring.

Not saying LeBron only plans on winning one ring, but he has to know the deal there/the mentality.

Sounds like you describing famous Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick :francis:. The city loved him and so does cell block D :usure:

Detroit You bytch Ass nikka
Only way Cle can win this series is if Lebron learns to "respect" an offensive system. I was watching clips of the shyt they were talking about about coach Blatt, and how Lebron completely rewrote the offensive system to flow by "Lebron Ball". meaning that Lebron controls everything, just as he did before in CLE and in MIA. It "BARELY" worked in MIA and was one of the main reasons they struggled both times against the Spurs. THAT shyt DOES NOT WORK AGAINST TEAMS THAT CONSTANTLY MOVE THE BALL. If Lebron can beat GS with that system, I will praise that nikka until my death, no hate at all. However, I know this basketball shyt, and I know they will most likely get embarrassed using this strategy against a team like GS. That's why I expect a sweep, I don't even expect CLE to be competitive :yeshrug:

1) the Cavs offense was thrown together during the season when they adapted an entirely new core . It's hard to implement a new offense without a training camp in the middle of a 60 game season.

2) the Cavs have been moving the ball EXCELLENT lately they ball movement in the last couple games against the Hawks was NICE.

:whoa: I aint a bron stan bruh.I respect his talent but he's a roadblock for my team

And if lebron went to the finals 12 times and won 5 titles and lost it 7 times.I wouldn't look at it no different he would be a 5x champion

todays east is not as competitive as the past there's no sixers, celtics or pistons to deal with just like in bill russells day the celtics were always the best team same with lebrons teams now

Jordan spent most of his time losing in the first and second round? In 12 full seasons with the bulls, he lost once in the second round and 3 times in the first round. That's 4 exits in the first 2 rounds. Lebron's lost 3 times in the second round and didn't even make the playoffs in his first 2 seasons. So that's 5 losses/no shows in the first 2 rounds, so it looks like bron spent "most of his time" losing/not appearing in the first 2 rounds more than Jordan

Jordan in 12 full seasons as a Bull: 6 rings, 2 ECF exits, 1 Semi-Conference exit, 3 1st Round exits
Lebron in 12 seasons: 2 rings, 3 Finals losses, 1 ECF exits, 3 semi-conference exits, 2 no shows

33% of your career losing in the first 2 rounds is not "most of the time". If that's most of the time, what's 42% of a career spent losing/not appearing in the first 2 rounds?

I think the narrative has changed already & they haven't even played a game yet in the finals.

Lebron is playing with house money which is why I believe they have a great chance of winning. You're already seeing debates on Mike & Mike, articles are already being written, & old players are coming out saying Lebron is better than Jordan. If they were to beat the warriors then the prisoners of the moment society that we live in will already put him above jordan. If they lose, Lebron's fans will say no love, injured kyrie, etc & that's the truth and he will be off the hook.

Being unbiased and not throwing shade on anyone, I don't understand why so many people are quick to put lebron on the pedestal of Jordan when I don't even think he's at the level of a prime kobe yet. Him leading the '15 cavs to the finals is no different than leading that 07 team but I think they have a better chance of beating the warriors versus that 07 spurs team.

To me it's no different when kobe won his 4th & 5th title, the same debates were going on & they were much more contested considering there are so many similarities in their game. Even after his 5th ring, kobe said & continues to say "I gotta get 6, I gotta catch mike". Lebron currently has two & will have to get a few more before the comparisons are valid.

:pachaha: I know you're not a Bron stan, but I respect you opinion on basketball, even though you've been hating on my niqqa Kobe for years over and over again. I hate on Bron basketball-wise, a friendly competitive objective hate, not a stupidity hate but I think the, "at least he got to the finals" narrative is just to protect or enhance his legacy that is already solidified as top 10 or top 5 to some.
