The Electrify America stations in my area got no wait, saw someone charging her Ioniq 5 in and out. Every other station was empty and that's the 1st time I actually saw someone charging a vehicle there.

Saw this yesterday

Yeah this true for the older models.. The 2020’s and up you not having those issues

Polestar 2 and the current Volvos are garbage with software and hardware problems and poor range on a very soon-to-be dead platform. Polestar 3 next year on a dedicated EV platform should be legit

Hyundai/Kia seem to be taking #2 spot after Tesla with the Ioniq/EV6

Totally agree. Test drove an Ionic 5 and it’s not bad at all for a middle of the road EV. The dealers ain’t shyt though and will keep them from selling in huge numbers. From a purely tech and advancement standpoint, Tesla will be on top for about 5 more years and I believe the OEMs will match them in drivetrain but unless they widely adopt Android OS or Apple OS, Tesla has the software on lock. I’m ready to trade my Model 3 on something but everything I want is too expensive.
Everybody on tesla ass! That new Hummer, The new F150. Real Boss Shyt!
Folks says dumb shyt like this but the current OEMs ain’t even close. GM/Ford make these vehicles but don’t have the volume to matter. They’re not making money on them. They should have this battery tech in midsize affordable SUVs and sedans and pump them out for the masses. Ford is the closest with the Mach E and Lightning. GM continues to just fuk up creating dumb shyt like the Hummer. But mainstream EV sedans and SUVs that serve the purposes of the average buyer…that sell in volume and make money….Tesla. Kia/Hyundai is close.

:camby:A Model X costs 100k, both the vehicles I mentioned are priced the same with preproduction being sold out. America is truck country. By simply designing a vehicle that piques the interests of consumers instead of failures like the volt and the mustang is hardly stupid.

They know what the people want and as long as they keep on schedule they gonna eat into their market share. That cybertruck was a waste of money and resources when GM/Ford got the truck game on lock and will continue to.

Still missing the point… :snoop:
How many model Xs do you think Tesla sells a year? The wait time is well over a year for one and they’ve deprioritized production of them. Why? Because most people want a midsize SUV EV THAT YHEY CAN AFFORD. Why do you think the Model Y/3 is every fukin where? They make Tesla bank. How many Hummers are they producing this year at $110k each? (Not many). How many are lining up to pay the stupid $50k+ markup on that $110k Hummer from these a$$hole dealers? (Not many). How much is GM making on these? (Not much, likely losing money). They should’ve pushed the Silverado EV first priced like the Lightning with a base model or better yet did a very nice mid-sized SUV EV first. They could get the volume and profits and THEN make niche shyt like that dumb ass Hummer. You can’t even afford one, so why you capin?
The Volt was far from a failure. It was a very good hybrid that got mad respect considering it came from GM. The Mach E is far from a failure, fool..fuk you talking about? They can’t build enough fast enough. Bolt is a the same way before the battery incident, but they still sell great now cause it’s the cheapest best equipped small EV with good range. It’s just a lil small for many. That Blazer EV might do something.
Lightning is great and addresses our desire for a truck, but again the fuk dealers keep them from the masses with their bullshyt. Gonna be a long time before you see them on the street like the ICE 150s. Agree on the Cybertruck and hope that shyt dies.
