You mean you gotta go where they prepare food in secret where you cant see the asshands touching everything?!?!?!?The beautiful thing about Indian food in India is that there are PLENTY of restaurants inside and off the street to the point where you don't have to visit not ONE goop scoop stand and risk shytting your stomach lining violently out ya ass from the nature of the food. But attention and clout sells, so the inherent nastiness of it always gets views.

Especially Indians they’re not exactly known for cleanliness personally and professionallyYou mean you gotta go where they prepare food in secret where you cant see the asshands touching everything?!?!?!?![]()

not taking that chance and indian is my favourite cuisine. i had to train an offshore team in bangalore some years ago and wouldn't even eat a mcdonalds. what i did allow for was my coworkers offering to invite me to their homes and cooking for me. which i accepted, where i could assess the cleanliness of their environment and their cooking practices. it also helps they were westernised, middle class, and professional which eased some of the tensions as well as them living in newer high rises. was only there for three days and had two separate co-workers invite me to their homes to cook and the the third day they both brought me prepared food from home after i got comfortable. had no problems. and the food was exquisite.
