I just bought what I hope will be my forever home a couple of months ago. But yeah depending on the lender and loan type it can be stressful. Checking paystubs and tax returns is one thing, but you feel violated giving lenders access to go through your checking and savings accounts, looking at every deposit and charge.

Nice home, but the garage setup is odd. Looks like you’d have to drive on your grass into your backyard in order to access your garage. *EDIT* Or maybe the concrete/driveway isn’t visible in the pictures.
