You know damn well black women are expected to embrace men that other races.of women would not touch with a ten foot pole. The rest you made up yourself to fit in witg your brehsYou know damn well that you are looking for a man that doesn't exist. In this economy, you think that a man can have over 100K in savings before he hits 25 years of age?

Did I say that..at 25 you do need to start having some direct in. Y'all love using extremes to distract for what is actually being said. Most black men do not settle down and many blqck women are better having their education and money than depending on a man for it.That doesn't answer the question. You expect men to have all that shyt done by 25, in this economy on a 9-5 job?
Speaking for myself and my set of friends, ummmmm, I'd say 25 to 28. That's when I realized that investing in yourself leads to better things.
at my wife's brother though. I ask myself this question as I look at him. Nikka is 26 (bout to be 27) living at his ma's. No real job but has the latest Nike after latest Nike. Shyt leaves me
. I left the house quickly after I graduated university.
I wanna talk to him but I feel like it ain't my place and he must figure the shyt out himself...like I did. Lazy nikka.

dude's would rather move out they mama's house and pay some racist geezer or indian dude $800 a month to RENT than live with their parents and help them pay the mortgage off so maybe they could OWN the house when mama leaves the country/retires/dies.
ass backwards breh. I wanna leave the hell outta my parents' house and probably could soon but unless I work in another city with a long commute or go for my MBA in 2,3 years I wont bother til I'm making at least $70K. And even if I am best believe I am stacking bread so that I have a good nest when I do leave.
It takes money to make money. Think of how much car insurance, principal payments and rent averaging about 1200 a month will run you in 3 years. Tahts damn near 45K that could be used towards a mortgage, financial instruments, entrepreneurship or appreciating capital assets. Dudes would rather live paycheck to paycheck just so they can stunt on IG for likes and fukk bytches whenever they want without worrying about moms creeping through

having your own house doesnt mean shyt![]()

i'm actually on pace to do thisAt 25, a normal guy that did everything by the book and did it well, will be 3-4 years into his career, have no debt, a decent car and decent clothes, and a chunk of money in the bank.
But, most guys make mistakes.

.Lol @ clothing being a defining factor in having your shyt together.
Can I get a hug pleaseLol @ 25 and being stable.
35 at the oldest
One should be stable and set
