Lakers need a young coach who can handle egos and youth. The off-court fukkery that Byron let run rampant this year was permeating on to the court. Granted, he's an old-school, tough-guy coach, which the youngsters don't respond to very well. Need someone who plays mind games. And that's not Phil with his Zen bullshyt.
Luke may be able to do it, since he's seen past Lakers coaching staffs deal with Kobe, Shaq, Metta, LO, etc. Blatt was deferring to LeBron like Mike Brown did before him. JVG would probably get wins by fixing the D, but this roster is geared for points.
