I can't see the video but in a lot of this type of situations, nobodies expecting the shyt so no one knows how to react. Most people freeze up or do what they used to doin in tense situations which nowadays is pull out their phones or run

I mean its fukked up but you cant expect the average person to do much of anything, must people don't even know how to defend themselves properly vs an unarmed individual, let alone somebody that has a knife and just tried to kill someone else

Too many cats watch too much tv and think that shyt applies to real life situations. Most of the time you tryin to register whats goin on and it happens so quick. Nobody could've prevented her getting stabbed unless you knew he had a knife beforehand and knew what his intentions was

I hate to say it but if something happens on the CTA (Chicago Transit Authority) i will likely (situation dependent - but 9.9 times outta 10) not do shyt either until the threat is 110% gone. Yeah I get that, but my instinct is to jump in. It's not a rational or heroic thing, I just panic and take action. Like, if I'm in close quarters, the moment some shyt pops off or I hear a bloodcurdling scream, i'm getting in there. I can't just sit there and wait for death to choose me next like a sheep going to slaughter. Not in my nature. I know this sounds keyboard warrior, but for me it's really just an instinctual thing to help.
