This is exactly how I see myself. I am an able bodied man who could possible injure some one or kill someone.

My ankles knees and elbows don't sound like rice crispys. I don't get winded running up a flight of stairs.

I do extremely high levels of cardio so I don't get winded or exhausted after seconds (usually how long mostly interactions take) or a few minutes.

To me that isn't some superman shyt, and I don't think it should be, but my coworkers are overweight, complain of back pain and shoulder pains and have all these ailments I'm sickened every single day at them like " how the fukk could you possibly defend your family?
