Maybe, im in New York. Well what i did, is i immediately established that we're splitting taking care of the kid 50/50, Which she couldn't deny me doing cause i got that joint custody quick. When she tried to take me court, it was like well im taking care of her every 2 weeks just like she is, and not only that but im the one that has to take the 3 hour trip back and forth from NYC to Albany, so why should i have to pay her shyt? The judge asked her the same question and thats when she just folded, I didnt knock up the brightest of white broads. I had receipts of daycare costs, clothes etc. Then the last time she did it just to be spiteful because she knows its a pain to miss work to go up there, i counter sued her for child support and said if she drops hers ill drop mine. Again, she folded damn near immediately.
