Yeah but they cant just up and put you on child support unless she can prove that you dont take care of the kid. Thats why im saying u need to be active from day one to make that alot harder. What they do is they try to change their number/address for a while so u cant get in touch with the kid THEN they take u to court. If you take THEM to court the moment u smell bs and u make it clear to the judge u intend to be in the kids life and want joint custody then its nearly impossible for them to get cs. Thing is, alot of dudes really dont want to lose their life being a single dad so they just take the L without a real fight.

Its not that easy if you know what ur doing, nikkas just make it look easy cause they dont know how to fight that sht. My bm has taken me to court 3 times over this shyt and i beat her each time lol. Its gotten to the point where she outright tries to coerce me like, "why not just give me your rights? you dont even care much about the kid anyway.. just hand over the rights and see her when shes 18." Cause she knows there's no way she'll win in court.

I am aware there are both men and women that get screwed over by the family Court system.
As someone who's been there I would absolutely suggest that as a noncustodial parent you are proactive and use the court system to benefit you in any way you can.

Protect yourself.
Get the dna.
Go to court and get custody visitation and support settled and legalized.

All these little side deals yall want to make with baby mamas are most likely gonna fukk you in the end. At the very least get an agreement on paper and get it notarized with both of your signatures.
Document your agreement.

Otherwise everything you give up until then is just a gift.

Like I said before, I could have gotten every woman I dated in my life pregnant and none of them would be like her broke ass. I am talking doctors, lawyers, nurses, accountants, auditors, businesswoman, models who I don't know what they are doing now, teachers, etc.
