That wasn't antagonization, that was a worker standing their ground in the face of an aggressive, entitled customer. Patronizing a business doesn't automatically grant someone permission to treat employees like their own personal slaves and the days of "the customer is always right" are on the way out as more people realize they don't get paid enough to accept that kind of bullshyt.
And they could've escalated to slicing and dicing his big, middle-aged toddler looking ass with the many sharp knives, chopping and blending tools at their disposal or even going upside his skull with some of that expensive heavy equipment... See how that works?

It's funny cause a lot of these entitled "I wanna speak to a manager" types are about to be in for a real surprise as more and more fast food spots are being run with just a skeleton crew of teens that dgaf and no manager in sight.
At this point I feel like a big part of why dude popped off like this isn't JUST because it was a crew of young females he felt he could intimidate, IMO he was also mad that he was getting cursed tf out and there was no overly-apologetic, ass kissing manager that came running out ready to bow and scrape to placate his big, tantruming bytch ass or soothe his ego.

To be fair, over the 2000's and 2010's we got way too used to seeing people in their 30's and beyond working in fast food. That shyt SHOULD be for teens outside of management positions. But to your point, and I actually somewhat agree, is that customers can't talk to people any ole way. If he came back and said I'd like to talk to a manager, this drink almost killed my kid. Then the whole thing plays out different. But dude came in disrespectful, throwing shyt, saying slurs....he's luck that shyt wasn't on an MLK somewhere or he'd got his ass tuned up.

The workers meaning multiple meaning their story all lines up. Did they get together to get their stories straight? Maybe. But that seems pretty calculated for a few girls who were screaming and one was scared in the corner.
It's also very common for people to not tell othe people about their allergies. How do I know? I've worked in food service and people think their allergies are only important when they think it is.
Again. You care about your son and his well being you just gonna say no peanuts or you gonna tell them about an allergy?

No dog in this race but if I’m putting in a food/drink order and I specifically say I don’t want a specific ingredient in my order that means I don’t what that specific ingredient in my order. That should be the end of conversation.
Why should I have to justify why I don’t want that particular ingredient?
