some chick hit my car a couple months ago. scratched a little paint off the bumper, like a spot the size of a finger. honestly i wasnt gonna bother but was like leme see where this goes

got a quote from a body shop (dude said he had to take the whole bumper off ) so the quote was almost 500 bucks. her insurance cut me that check and i have no intention of getting that bullshyt ass job done

I recently found a spot in the hood (thanks to yelp) that I had paint both my bumpers for like $400.

my front bumper was fukked up from when I hit a hill of snow that was rock hard and it took a huge chunk of paint off my bumper.

Cacs are good for that "let's not go through insurance shyt" knowing damn well if the shoe was on the other foot they'd fall out the car holding their neck. I've been in about 3 situations where a cac hit me and try to make it out to be no big deal

I find its usually indian punjabis or arabs that do that no insurance cuz they usually driving around illegally...

This thread reminded me to call my GEICO lawyer just now. I got rear ended, and this african fukker that hit my car has cut rate insurance and thus they didn't pay the claim so GEICO had to repair my car. it's been damn near 4 years and GEICO is suing them to get their money back, including the $1000 I paid as a deductible. went to court over it last month and we won the judgement. shyt has literally taken YEARS to recover my $1000 due to the other cat having substandard insurance. that shyt should be illegal for an insurance company to simply refuse to pay a claim when they are at fault.

Said he didn't want to get insurance involved if he could help, already had a police report of the accident and multiple witnesses so cool, I gave the the cac an estimate, from the official BMW repair center, shyt was like 2500

Nikka said he'll send the check to my repair shop on some im not giving this nikka money directly shyt im going to decide things for him like the cac i am,

but whatever we balling over here so we dont need no cac money so i tell him to hit up the repair shop and send that check so i get my shyt fixed

So they hit me up and was like we dont know who this cac think he is but he cant be sending us money directly for repairs he needs to write that check out to you and you come in because of liabilities etc

I call the cac up, basically saying bruh i needs that 2500 yesterday or imma have to get the insurance companies involvedon my best cac shyt

Luckily I decided today to eat my lunch on my car, I work at a hospital, and the cafeteria is always full of people with IV poles and other diseases, so I head to to the parking lot to relax and see what's good on the coli.

Finish my rice and peas and chicken and then I hear a low thud, I look behind me and a car is literally reversing into my car, I get out my car and the driver tries to drive off. I knock on his car and he looks all scared and ish. He said sorry I didn't know I hit your car

Dude said he doesn't want to go through insurance, gave me his email address and phone number.

Went to my desk and called his insurance and started a claim
