Breh I've been lifting weights since I was 13 and I've never had to use cottage cheese...that's not some definitive weightlifter's rule...fukk that weird shyt
been lifting is 11, but I recently added cottage cheese to help on my bulk. Peanut butter + cottage cheese and might add a little all natural jam to sweeten it up

Actually since I don't play college football anymore after graduating, I no longer strength train; I circuit train specifically for staying in shape and health. I don't want to bulk up so after my workouts, I eat bowl of organic grain cereal, which completely refuels your body with everything you need after a workout
