If you don't have a lawyer why are you making statements to the press saying you physically started the fight and calling your son's character into question? Let your representation tell you what to say.

Teacher has to get fired but the goal should have been to avoid the kid getting an assault charge.

Also, why are there ALWAYS put trying to restrain the black person in these situations?

You see the teacher is on top on him. You see the teacher grabbing and pulling his hair. Security was just like "nope, restrain the kid".
