as a nikka descending from the islands, this always intrigued me as far as the cover up. when i was a kid, i used to think ppl talmbout they got cherokee on this or that side of the family was soft c00nin, and some of them was, but they also wasn't lying as i grew to find out.

i hear about the arawak and seminoles but thats the furthest extent of education. i hate to say it, but sometimes the walls i was givin keeps me from stayin out the matrix.

It's a a lot. Most of the books that depicted natives as black and not "red" are all out of print. That's not a coincidence either. I was lucky enough to read some back in the day

if you look at how the currents work for the Atlantic ocean the current from east Africa will take you to the east coast of the U.S.A. and currents from Europe will put you on the east coast of the U.S.A. too. It's already documented that Africa and Egypt sailed off the currents and documented by the first Europeans that the natives here looked exactly like Africans. The native American Holocaust started east and was about 250 years long. By the time the Dawes Act came around all that was left were the west natives that got here through the Bering straight ice bridge which created the five dollar Indians.

One of my anthropology professors once posed a really interesting question. Nobody else liked him in the department but he and some colleagues from other departments were obsessed with hidden histories, artifact cover ups from digs, ancient African civilizations.

Dude asked us to consider that the first wave of N. Americans were killed out and their likeness was completely erased b/c they looked so different from Europeans that it was a threat to their narrative of white superiority b/c they favored Africans that whites were trying to demonize after Moorish conquests in Europe.
I wish I’d kept his power points. He included so many pictures of artifacts from his digs and shyt. Those classes used to be like WWE matches.
CACs were HEATED.

I wish I’d stay on that path sometimes but it was so political and so much fukkery. And those are some of the most policed departments in liberal arts colleges. I’ve seen departments lose endowments for deviating from Eurocentric histories. Whites cover all their bases when it comes to maintaining their lies. So I don’t doubt any of the so-called “foolish, Afrocentric” histories anymore b/c white anthropology and archeology is a bed of lies on top of lies, maintained by liars, researched by liars, and very few speak out on it or they become ridiculed as fringe crazies.

S/O to the Asian branch of the African Diaspora, it seems like they tend to be so easily forgotten these days outside of ancient history and the Australian Aborigines

Just like cacs are descended from Neanderthals, Melanesians/New Guineans/Micronesians are descended from the Denisovans.
