Bruh I don't even want to imagine, I came on in the late 2000s/ early 10's and they were angry at anything remotely black. They were bad before Trump, I couldn't imagine all the vile shyt they would say post 2016, especially with the increased efforts in diversity. The whole site would be a massive shytstorm.

I used to be on IMDB's boards heavy. I wealth of knowledge on movies that you don't even see as you watch. But them forums were racist as hell. I remember arguing with someone on Deep Impact' boards because someone said Morgan Freeman being president of the United States was unrealistic and they didn't enjoy the movie because of that. Like nikka what?? You couldn't watch because a black dude was president, how miserable of a person did you have to be not enjoy a movie because of that. Mind you this was during the time Obama was running for president.

In hindsight, the growth of the Tea Party/MAGA was foreshadowed in the way white people said anything negative about black people on the internet. No other group, not even Jews get the same type of hate black people get.
