My bad I misread. I can't picture the younger artists like Protoje or Chronix being down with the fukkery either. That's just the different nature of Reggae & Dancehall.

For real though, reggae/ska and even dancehall to a lesser degree doesn't really have the same race issues that Hiphop/R&B have in the US.

there are a lot of reggae artists, white, brown, asian, etc that are putting in work and get love.

Everyone looks at the US as the be all/end all of all things to do with music.

But outside the US there is way less fukkery when it gets down to it.
