- When Steve Kerr came on the team, it was Shaun Livingston, Iguodala, and Draymond
- Then it was Iguodala, Draymond, and Bogut
- When KD arrived it was Iguodala and Draymond
- Now it's just Draymond
At no point was he the primary ball handler and playmaker. And you said it in your casual post "Unless you’re saying just being a “play maker” makes you a PG"

I said it before, but I think if Cade is the best player on your team, given how talented the league is at the very top I don't think you can win a championship with him being your main guy. Not when there are players like Giannis, Wemby, Jokic, etc. and international competition is only getting more stacked.
Solid 1b, but not the guy you build around. That'd be like trying to build around Khris Middleton or Devin Booker. Terrific players and All-Stars, but you'll need to keep looking out for your main guy.

Imagine tanking for a whole season to end up with Cade Cunningham. He’s gonna be elegible for a rookie max extension after the season. Bigger than the 5 year $205 million the last year rookie class extension was valued at.
