People don't already "talk" about sex with a new person before they actually have sex?

To make sure y'all are on the same page?
To make sure both of y'all want JUST sex?
To make sure she doesn't want a relationship and feel like she got tricked when it's over?

If you're taking on a new sex partner, you should always talk with them first and make sure you all are on the same page, not just legally, but emotionally as well. Some people aren't ready for the same things you're ready for and to protect your best interests (legally, emotionally, and personally), everything should be laid out on the table.

Like someone mentioned earlier, that site is kinda extreme and not saying that law is correct or fair, but you SHOULD be talking to your sexual partners anyway.

Also not saying you should be on some "Would you like to have sex madame" type shyt, but you can't just be fukkin' any ole chick and not knowing where her head is at when it comes to something like sex. Even if they aren't trying to press charges, people/women are crazy.

If anything (if true) this should actually ENCOURAGE people to actually TALK about sex and give more freedom/liberties around the subject moreso than just "falling" into it or something and hoping the chick doesn't hit you with a charge cause you don't actually wanna date her. You know how many crazy situations could be prevented if people just TALK directly about the shyt instead of being subversive or thinking that they are coming up on the other person.

Also this seems to be a college based thing and a lot of college kids are stupid. Too many rapes/sexual assaults go down on campus and I'm sure some are even falsified. The subject needs to be made less taboo for that age group because they only thing are really trying to do is just get over on each other. Guys have the mindstate of: The less I can do for her and say to her and the faster I get the p*ssy, the better (see any Malc00n thread). While girls have the mindstate of: Give him the p*ssy and then I can eventually get him into a relationship.

But neither will say that to the other side, but rather just keep playing along and keep their sexual intentions on the low until they (a) get what they really want (b) have miserably failed at getting what they really want.

Perhaps it doesn't need to be a legal thing, but in order to make these rape allegations and shyt disappear on these campuses and in regular life, it's a shame, but you basically have to force people to be actually talk about sex and be comfortable about it.
