But I need some insight on living in Cali (LA, San Diego, etc)
I never been out there so educate a breh on how y'all live out there. Insight on any aspect of lifestyle out there is helpful.

Yeah if you like ugly hoodrats maybe. I lived in Oakland and LA most of my life and I can tell you that it doesn't even compare. Oakland girls are the dustiest of the dusty. Many LA hoes are bad as fukk.

it's too far from LA for me, if you want to enjoy LA then you wanna live close to tha west side by tha water......long beach is too far south from Los Angeles for daily travel IMO (bout 25-30 min without traffic

I have real estate connects out in LA County so trying to find a means wont be too much of a hassle. But I have to zero in on an area to even begin to see if business-wise it would make sense.
