Crime is north, east, and parts of downtown

There's an expensive part of long beach also where the white folk live

Then areas like bixby noles where the hipsters and gay people live

Yeah I've been to New York so I see wut you saying about density, but California is different (dense+packed with cars :scusthov:)
id suggest West LA area, culver city, ladera heights, inglewood, venice, gardena, even torrance

Yeah i thought that too, then i went to SD and was wrong lol. Weird bc you'd assume it be filled with mexicans since its so close to the border but no, not many mexicans. LA has way more mexicans

@Ego Eimis, listen to the consensus breh. Stay away from the "other" LA unless you intent on living that life :mjpls:
what a original list bro did you happen to listen to a kendrick lamar song by any chance? :rudy: tired of people putting up weed as a positive like they've tired every other states weed.

and  @ bolded

A) San Francisco has the best weed in the US :ahh:

B) When referring to Asians, I meant the wimmenz :ahh:

Culver City and Gardena looking good though. I can keep Long Beach in the loop too, no?

School me on Compton. Compton look beautiful is it still overrun with crip/blood/Mexican mafia?

Compton damn near Mexican nowadays. Culver City is a good choice. Cheap housing, decent clubs near by, a lot of young people living there. I used to go to the organic street market on Tuesdays there when I was out in LA. I'd recommend Culver City for somebody just moving to LA

:ohlawd:

Culver City sounds like the move:ehh:

And with what @blackzeus posted its a relief from New York. You paying minimum $100 for a decent 1/1 in Bedstuy in a rinkydink brownstone.

I don't need all them amenities though so is imagine id get something piff for a lil cheaper.

I got y'all on rep when I'm off 40s
