This. Southern cali is amazing visually and all but from my experience out there Norcal was more down to earth and where i was most comfortable

Yeah I've been to New York so I see wut you saying about density, but California is different (dense+packed with cars )

id suggest West LA area, culver city, ladera heights, inglewood, venice, gardena, even torrance

Yeah i thought that too, then i went to SD and was wrong lol. Weird bc you'd assume it be filled with mexicans since its so close to the border but no, not many mexicans. LA has way more mexicans

Compton damn near Mexican nowadays. Culver City is a good choice. Cheap housing, decent clubs near by, a lot of young people living there. I used to go to the organic street market on Tuesdays there when I was out in LA. I'd recommend Culver City for somebody just moving to LA
